CLASSROOM PROGRAMS

A recent study examined the status of arts education in California, revealing that the vast majority of California's schools fail to meet state standards for teaching the arts, and that access to arts instruction varies widely among the state's schools.

KidsARTcademy brings Art back into the elementary classroom through a series of affordable 6-week sessions based on 17 years of teaching experience in children's art.

The curriculum series that are currently available include the following:

	Art around the World	Discovering Ancient Art
	Discovering the Great Masters	Discovering Modern Art
	The Art of Craft	The Art of Nature

Each series can be selected individually and can be tailored to individual grade levels. Each session is designed as a 50 minute class.

The classroom teaching schedule for the 2009-2010 school year will be available for reservations beginning in August.
